This black plastic binding coil kit bundles the three sizes most shops reach for every day. You get one full box of each — 6mm, 8mm and 10mm — which is 300 coils in total, enough to bind several hundred documents without reordering.
What is in the kit
- 1 box of 6mm black coils (100 pieces) — binds up to 30 sheets
- 1 box of 8mm black coils (100 pieces) — binds up to 52 sheets
- 1 box of 10mm black coils (100 pieces) — binds up to 75 sheets
- All 4:1 pitch, 12 inch length, 48 loops
Why these three sizes
Most everyday binding lands between 20 and 75 sheets, so these three cover the bulk of typical jobs. Because you hold all three on the shelf, you can quote and turn work around the same day instead of waiting on a delivery. In addition, buying the kit works out cheaper than three separate boxes.
Lie-flat binding that lasts
Plastic coil is the most forgiving binding style. Pages turn a full 360 degrees and fold back-to-back, so a bound book sits flat on a desk. The coil flexes under pressure and then springs back, while a wire spine creases permanently. Finally, you can trim and crimp each coil to any document size after inserting it.
These coils fit any 4:1 pitch coil binding system, including the CoilBind range of punch and inserter machines.
