Standard 30 mm band
Every roll is a 30 mm band on a 40 mm core, so it loads on the Sunpack WK02-30 table-top, the WK02-30B floor model and other 30 mm banding machines.
Heat-seal, nothing on the product
The machine wraps the band and seals it to itself. No glue, no tape and no rubber-band dents on brochures, envelopes, currency or cards.
150 m or 500 m
Same band, two lengths: 150 m (492 ft) for lighter volumes and trials, 500 m (1,640 ft) for fewer changeovers and a lower cost per bundle.
Paper, kraft or clear
White paper takes a stamp or label; kraft gives a natural, recyclable look; clear OPP film is moisture-resistant and shows the product through the band.

Which banding roll should I use — paper, kraft or OPP?

White paper is the retail-facing default: printable and clean where the band shows. Kraft gives a natural, recycled look for eco branding. Clear OPP is a moisture-resistant film for when the product needs to stay visible and protected — currency, cards, pharmacy and food. All three run on the same machine.

Do these rolls fit my banding machine?

Yes, if it takes a 30 mm band on a 40 mm core — that includes the Sunpack WK02-30 and WK02-30B and most other 30 mm banders. The 150 m roll winds to about 160–165 mm across and the 500 m roll to 280 mm; check your film chamber takes the larger roll before ordering 500 m.

150 m or 500 m?

Same band, more length. 500 m (1,640 ft) lowers the cost per bundle and cuts changeovers on higher-volume lines; 150 m (492 ft) is the lighter reorder for lower volumes or a first trial.

How is the band sealed?

The machine heat-seals the band to itself, so nothing sticks to the product. Paper bands tear off cleanly by hand; OPP is cut or slit.

Are the paper bands recyclable?

Yes — white and kraft bands are paper and go in the paper stream. OPP is polypropylene and is recycled with plastic film where accepted.
