Four GEN 6 industrial printheads in a dual staggered array print primer → CMYK in one pass, with higher firing frequency, smaller droplets, and unidirectional printing for print accuracy.

From artwork to cured print, with checks built in at every stage.
Design
Prepare artwork in Roland DG Connect Designer and RIP it in VersaWorks 7, choosing the ink configuration and pass mode for the job.
Load & Align
Place the item on the vacuum table using the solenoid alignment pins, then measure height with the contact sensor — or the optional non-contact laser sensor.
Print primer → CMYK in a single unidirectional pass while the UV-LED lamp cures the ink as it goes.
Inspect & Repeat
Pause and use the View function to bring the table forward for a quality check, resume from the same position, then repeat the job — or drive it via SC4 automation commands.
