CO-300i-F2
UV-LED Flatbed Printer — 30 in. × 59 in., objects to 9.5 in.
— the touch panel is built into the printer's table, so the machine occupies the floor space it needs and nothing more.
The VersaOBJECT CO-300i-F2 prints directly onto finished objects and rigid stock up to 9.5 in. thick and 640 lbs. Eight ink channels cover CMYK plus red, orange, white and gloss, with primer available in a seven-colour configuration, and VersaWorks 7 generates the white, gloss and primer layers in the RIP rather than leaving them to be built by hand.

Objects to 9.5 in. thick and 640 lbs
The bed takes work up to 30 in. wide, 9.5 in. tall and 640 lbs, across a movable length of 59 in. That covers finished goods and awkward shapes — cases, panels, housings, machinery parts — not just flat sheet stock.
Eight channels including red and orange
ECO-UV EUV5 runs cyan, magenta, yellow, black, red, orange, white and gloss, or a seven-colour set with primer. Red and orange reach brand colours a CMYK gamut cannot, and primer improves adhesion on difficult substrates.
VersaWorks 7 builds the special layers
White, gloss and primer layers are generated automatically in the RIP rather than prepared by hand in the artwork. On a machine whose value is spot gloss and white underbase, that removes the step most likely to go wrong.
The control panel is in the table
The touch panel is integrated into a redesigned ergonomic table, so there is no separate control tower to find room for. That matters in the production spaces this machine is built for, where floor area is the scarce resource.
Anti-static bar as standard
An anti-static bar is included, making loading easier and improving printing accuracy — static on rigid substrates pulls ink off target and attracts the dust that shows up as defects.
Automated printhead cleaning
An automated cleaning function reduces routine maintenance and extends printhead life, which is the single most expensive consumable decision on a machine of this class.
Print directly onto the object
Finished goods, packaging prototypes and rigid stock — anything that fits the bed and stands up to 9.5 in. tall.
A four-step flatbed workflow
Roland DG Connect Designer, VersaWorks 7, and the BY2-20 work together as one connected design-to-print workflow.
Place the work
Set the object on the bed — up to 30 in. wide, 9.5 in. tall and 640 lbs. The anti-static bar handles the charge that rigid substrates pick up.
Build the job
VersaWorks 7 generates white, gloss and primer layers in the RIP, so the special layers are set up once rather than drawn by hand.
Print and cure
UV-LED lamps cure as the carriage runs, across a movable length of 59 in. at up to 1,440 dpi.
Unload
Output is handleable straight off the bed, and the automated cleaning cycle keeps the printhead ready for the next job.

Frequently asked questions
What can the CO-300i-F2 print on?
Finished objects and rigid stock up to 30 in. wide, 9.5 in. tall and 640 lbs, across a movable length of 59 in. Cases, panels, housings, packaging and machinery parts all fall inside that envelope.
What do red and orange inks add?
Reach. A CMYK gamut cannot hit many brand reds and oranges. Adding those channels means brand-critical work matches without a spot-colour workaround — which is often the difference between winning the job and not.
Do I have to build the white and gloss layers myself?
No. VersaWorks 7 generates white, gloss and primer layers directly in the RIP, so the special layers are produced from the artwork rather than prepared by hand.
How much space does it need?
The machine measures 76 × 93.9 × 57.9 in. Notably there is no separate control tower — the touch panel is built into the table — so the footprint is the machine itself.
What power does it need?
A 230 V, 16 A, 2P+E supply, drawing roughly 1.80 kW while running at full vacuum and 0.08 kW asleep. Plan the circuit before delivery.
How does it differ from the previous CO Series?
The CO-300i-F2 is the newer "i" generation and is a different machine from the CO-300-F200 and CO-640 models, at a substantially lower price. Talk to us if you are comparing the two — the right choice depends on object size and volume.
